at the rear, with door to rear patio garden adjacent to the pool.

en suite bathroom. The key attractions of this comfortable townhouse
are the spacious accommodation with two outside living areas, the
air conditioning, and the fact that it is so close to the sea and
the many amenities on and around the Arenal. There are several supermarkets
nearby, and the historic old town of Jávea is about 3 km away.
There is a choice of golf courses within a 25 minute radius.
