Casa
D,Lenas is a two bedroom holiday villa apartment, one shower room,
lounge, kitchen, and dining area. It is completely self contained
with privacy from the rest of the house, with its own entrance and
patio. When you arrive and take the small lane to the property you
are immediately taken back in time. The surrounding countryside is
full of Orange, Almond and grape vines, surrounded by the mountains
of Bernia and Tarbena. By the way, the view from these mountains is
worth the trip alone. The property is very well kept and has a warm
and inviting feel. In the garden there is a lovely swimming pool for
cooling off or just enjoying yourself.

The
casa (house) is an excellent base for combining sea, beach and sporting
activities with driving, riding (horses or mountain bikes), walking,
biking, climbing or just roaming the surrounding mountains. The valleys
lined with fruit and almond trees - an endless sea of pink/ white
blossom in spring - and the unspoiled mountain pueblos are a delight
to explore.
The produce of the local wineries is well worth sampling - the tiny
winery in Parcent supplies the Spanish Royal family. After a quiet
glass of wine and a few almonds from the estate while watching the
sun set dramatically behind Parcent, there are memorable restaurants
of all types to try in the area. The historic cities of Valencia and
Alicante are just 75 minutes away. A car is essential. Preferential
car rental rates are available to guests from the largest and best
regional car rental company.
Golf Information La Asmoladora is ideally placed for golf - fifteen
courses within about an hour. These include three championship course,
the beautiful Olazabal inspired La Sella course 25 minutes away, the
Ballesteros designed Oliva Nova course 40 minutes away and the links
course, El Saler, one of the top fifty courses in the world, an hour
away. The casa is perfect for two couples or a family wanting a relaxing
holiday while staying in an area of idyllic, spectacular rural beauty.
The
seaside towns of Calpe, Moraria, Benissa and Javea are no more than
30 minutes by car and all have sandy safe beaches. This truly is a
perfect base if you are a walker, golfer, or simply the type that
enjoys true nature and tranquility.
