Gran Alacant apartments consist of a small tiled area in front of the property for off-road parking and a shady covered terrace with table and chairs. On the ground floor you will find a lounge/diner with comfy sofas, sky TV and a music system allowing you to play your tapes and CD,s. In the dining area there is a pine table with 6 chairs. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob and oven, a fridge freezer, microwave/grill and a washing machine. Also the ground floor contains a shower room with toilet facilities.

On the first floor there is a family bathroom, 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds and a master bedroom with en-suite and access to its own balcony.
On the roof there is a solarium equipped with table, chairs, sun loungers and a parasol where you can admire the views of Alicante bay.

Conveniently located within walking distance from the apartment you will find a free communal swimming pool and park, 2 supermarkets, pharmacy, bars and 3 restaurants.
A gentle 15 minute walk or a short bus service will take you to Carabassi Beach, with miles of unspoilt golden sands. 10 minutes drive is Alicante town where you can stroll around the hundred's of shops, visit the castle or just relax on the beaches.
