by and within sight of the apartment, is the harbourand also Marina
where boats of all types are moored for easy access to the sea.
A short stroll along the seafront takes you to the fine safe Calpe
beach, with its many attractions, and the walk to the main Port
will take around fifteen minutes. There are several supermarkets
nearby.
The historic old town of Calpe, about 2 km away, is well worth a
visit, and blends into the more modern town with many shops bars
and resturants there is a choice of golf courses within a 25 minute
radius. In addition the resorts of Altea, Albir, Moraira, Javea
and Denia are either a Bus or short car journey, with inland towns
markets and many places of interest to visit.

One bedroom - 2 single beds. Fitted wardrobes.. Two put-up beds
are supplied if needed for the lounge.

Very pleasant bathroom of high standards.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer. Kitchen table. Utility
room with washing machine, and tumble dryer.

The
Costa Blanca or 'White coast' is a stretch of the Spanish coast
that extends along the Mediterranean and corresponds to the province
of Alicante. It is made up of two clearly defined scenic sectors.
To the north a curtain of mountains runs parallel to the sea, descending
at times to form cliffs. To the south, a vast plain of sand patches,
palm trees and salt deposits make up a backdrop for the beaches.
Local
cuisine : The costa blanca offers an enormous variety of exotic
dishes. Most importantly, it is the home of the world famous paella,
available in most of the local Spanish restaurants and a treat not
to be missed! In addition, throughout the region you will find a
number of Spanish, German, Belgium, Swiss, Indian, Chinese, Italian
and English restaurants, servicing excellent food.
Bars-Discoteques-Health
and Gymnasium, Diving Schools, Golf, Paragliding, Windsurfing are
readily available.
Calpe
and its surrounding area are filled with wonders for all age ranges
and tastes, Calpe with its cultural status offers fine arts within
dozens of art galleries, antiques galore, and tiny craft shops with
hand made goods filling the shelves. For the sporty there is cycling,
walking, scuba diving, tennis, golf and much more all just a few
kilometres away. For the younger end we have the attractions of
Mundomar sea world, Aqualandia Water Park, and Terra Mitica theme
park, or why not hop over to Ibiza from the port at Denia. Whatever
you want from a holiday, Calpe has it all. Not far from Calpe you
will find the villages of Altea and Moraira, each with its own unique
character, Calpe has some of the best beaches with facilities for
all, including disabled access to the sea, funfairs for the children,
and a vast range of shopping arcades filled with the best of Spanish
crafts, Calpe is one of the most beautiful towns on this part of
the Spanish coast.
