A most pleasant and spacious first floor apartment in a low-rise,
quality development just 150 metres from the seafront - 15 minutes
by foot to the Port of Jávea Spain and a pleasant 20
minute walk to the Arenal sandy beach. The gardens are truly
delightful, with beautifully manicured lawns, tropical trees
and shrubs, and a large swimming pool. The apartment itself
has been furnished and equipped to a high standard, and has
no less than three terraces with different aspects - excellent
for catching the sun at various times of the day. Beautiful
marble floors throughout the apartment give it a clean, light
and airy feel, with a cooling effect in the summer and warmth
and comfort in the winter.
There are two good beach bars on the shingle beach nearby, which
is laid out, in the summer, with tropical sunshades and sun
loungers. The Arenal sandy beach is under a kilometre along
the seafront, the distance to the Port is little more than 500
metres, and the historic old town of Jávea is about 2
km. There is a good supermarket literally a few minutes away,
and several golf courses within a 25-minute radius.

The Costa Blanca or 'White coast' is a stretch of the Spanish
coast that extends along the Mediterranean and corresponds to
the province of Alicante. It is made up of two clearly defined
scenic sectors. To the north a curtain of mountains runs parallel
to the sea, descending at times to form cliffs. To the south,
a vast plain of sand patches, palm trees and salt deposits make
up a backdrop for the beaches.
Local cuisine : The costa blanca offers an enormous variety
of exotic dishes. Most importantly, it is the home of the world
famous paella, available in most of the local Spanish restaurants
and a treat not to be missed! In addition, throughout the region
you will find a number of Swiss, India, Chinese, Italian and
English restaurants, servicing excellent food.
