The
large lounge is the heart of the villa, leading, on one side, to
a garden room, on the other side to the bedrooms and bathrooms,
via a gallery overlooking the lounge and, at the end, to the dining
room. Next to this room, the large, state-of-the art kitchen has
doors to the garden, barbecue area, and swimming pool. The garden
room, with its sea views, arched windows the entire length and at
both ends, each with double opening doors, make it the ideal place
for dining and relaxing in the heat of the summer, or the cooler
winter months. Two very modern and stylish bathrooms, and one shower
room, complete the excellent facilities. Outside, the poolside brick-built
barbecue, close to the kitchen, is the focal point for outdoor summer
living. 15/20 minutes walk downhill, or just a few minutes’
drive, takes one to town, while the bustling Port area is just 10
minutes’ by car, and the drive to the Arenal beach will take
about 15 minutes. Two golf courses are very close by, and others
are within a 20-minute radius.

3 twin-bedded rooms, making large doubles if required. 1 single
bed. Fan in each room.
Bathrooms: 1 en suite: jaccuzi, walk-in shower, twin basins, bidet
& wc. 1 with bath, shower, basin, bidet & wc. Shower room:
basin & wc, washing machine, door to outside drying area.
Living room: Lounge, open fireplace. Stereo system. Doors to garden
room with table, chairs & recliner. Dining room, seating for
8, doors looking onto garden.
Kitchen: Sink, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.
Outside & General: Gardens with lawns & trees, 10x5m pool
with Roman steps, Poolside shower room with WC, BBQ with sink. Table,
chairs, umbrella, recliners. Roof terrace with sea views. Secure
parking.
Services/Linen: Villa cleaned between lets. Weekly refresher clean
and linen change. Hand/bath towels provided (not swimming towels).
