accommodation is set over 2 levels, with most being upon the upper
level, and comprises 3 twin bedrooms, 1 which is en-suite and separate
from the upper floor, making it ideal for those "party all
night teenagers" who you will not want disturbing you when
they come in at the early hours!!, and 1 large double room which
is en-suite, with a fantastic open aspect onto the villas terrace
for that perfect Mediterranean breakfast in the sun!! All rooms
are fully equipped, decorated and furnished to the highest standards,
and all have wardrobe and storage facilities, the owners have left
you wanting for nothing and have provided the very best in linen
and towels. Also on the upper level we have a fully equipped and spacious kitchen with fridge freezer, oven and hob, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, clothes airer, iron and board, and dishwasher. In the well appointed and cosy lounge we have colour TV equipped with satellite coverage, a dvd/cd player with a selection of dvds for you to enjoy, large log burning fireplace, seating for 8 people and a dining table which will also seat 8 The villa has a full central heating system and ceiling fans to cool you in the summer months To the exterior of the property we have a large and luxurious private pool with roman steps, which is fully floodlit for those midnight dips!!, landscaped garden, ample terracing for sunbathing and dining "al fresco" seating and table for your party and sun beds for that all important tan topping!! There is also a fully equipped laundry room seperate within the house. The villa forms part of a superb site called "Villotel" and hosts tennis courts, mini golf, a very large community pool and its own restaurant!! Further details: Moraira and its surrounding area are filled with wonders for all age ranges and tastes with its cultural status it offers fine arts within dozens of art galleries, antiques galore, and tiny craft shops with hand made goods filling the shelves. For the sporty there is cycling, walking, scuba diving, tennis, golf and much more all just a few kilometres away. For the younger end we have the attractions of Mundomar sea world, Aqualandia water park, and Terra Mitica theme park, only a short drive away, or why not hop over to Ibiza from the port at Denia. Whatever you want from a holiday, Moraira has it all. Not far from Moraira you will find the villages of Calpe and Altea, each with its own unique character, Calpe has some of the best beaches with facilities for all, including disabled access to the sea, funfairs for the children, and a vast range of shopping arcades filled with the best of Spanish crafts, Altea is one of the most beautiful towns virtually untouched by tourism due to its unique coastal position... |
