The large lounge/dining room and the adjoining sunroom are the focal point of the villa, the latter looking over, and leading out to, the pool area and lovely garden, with fruit trees and palms, cactus, rocks and little terraces. From the lounge one door leads to the kitchen, which has an external door leading to the entrance drive and also to a shady dining area - equally desirable for al fresco breakfast or candlelit dining. Also from the lounge, a short passageway leads to the three bedrooms and the bathrooms. Under 3km away is the Arenal beach, offering sand and sea, a bustling and lively atmosphere, and a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The attractive port and historic old town of Jávea are also well worth a visit, and two excellent golf courses are just a short drive away. Bedrooms:
