accommodation consists of three bedrooms (one ensuite) and three bathrooms
(2 full/1shower). The kitchen has a breakfast area and the lounge
has a dining area. In addition there is a second sitting room with
sea views. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with patio doors leading
onto the terrace and garden. The other bedrooms (1 double and one
twin) share the other main bathroom. The villa has all modern appliances i.e. dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, DVD player, satellite TV, video and stereo. The washing machine is in the utility room which adjoins the kitchen. There is full air conditioning/heating throughout the villa. The garden faces south with sunloungers, table and chairs with BBQ. There is a pool which has a paved terrace area leading from the garden. Both the garden and terrace have plenty of room for sunloungers.The villa is approached through its own electric gate and driveway and is extremely private. | |||||||||||||||
