The
entrance leads directly into the attractive living room. Leading
off this large room are the kitchen and the balcony a few steps
to a gallery, off which are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The
terrace, two of the bedrooms and the kitchen look out onto the pool
courtyard.
Xabia Port (Xabia is the name for Javea in the local Valenciano
language - pronounced 'Shabia') has private grounds, with little
footpaths, courtyards and gardens adorned with plants, trees and
shrubs, giving the place a delightfully intimate character. Close
by are the harbour, the fishermen's church, the Club Nautico, fish
market, and waterfront with good restaurants, cafés, bars
and other attractions, mostly open year-round. A short walk takes
one to the local pebble beach - gently-sloping, with clean sea and
lots to watch. To the far side of the harbour is a rocky cove with
a popular beach bar. The historic town of Jávea is nearby,
and the popular Arenal beach, with all its attractions, is five
minutes away by car or bus. There are some good golf courses nearby.
The apartment is not suitable for children under 5 years old.

Each has a fan.
Bathrooms: Full bathroom, en suite with master bedroom. Shower room
with basin and wc.
Living room: Large L-shaped room. Dining table for up to 6 people.
Lounge with two sofas and easy chair. TV - 1 English news channel.
DVD. CD player. Doors to terrace. Steps to gallery.
Kitchen: Fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, toaster, kettle,
iron, ironing board.
Outside & General: Terrace with table & six chairs. Residents'
pool & gardens. Off-street parking. 4 beach chairs. 1 sunlounger
for pool . Gas & electric heaters for winter months.
Services/Linen: Apartment cleaned between lets. Fresh bed linen
supplied weekly. Hand/bath towels provided, but please bring your
swimming towels. Airport car service available.
Local
cuisine : The costa blanca offers an enormous variety of exotic
dishes. Most importantly, it is the home of the world famous paella,
available in most of the local Spanish restaurants and a treat not
to be missed! In addition, throughout the region you will find a
number of Swiss, India, Chinese, Italian and English restaurants,
servicing excellent food.
