THE Villa
Casa Carmen, a large detached villa has been modernised over the
last couple of years and is now available for holiday letting. The
villa is on a large plot with terraces offering sun or shade. In
an ideal position being only 5 minutes from the beach and town by
car and 20-30 minutes walking - but away from the crowds.
The villa is south facing with excellent views of the sea and Calpe
rock.
THE INTERIOR
On entering the villa into the lounge-dining room. This then leads
into a hallway and to your left is one of the double bedrooms with
fitted wardrobes.
Next to this is the shower room-toilet. Further along the hall
is a twin bedroom, again with fitted wardrobes.
Opposite the hallway is the fully fitted kitchen including washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave etc.
Following along the hall is the second twin bedroom, which is fitted
with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.
Further along the hallway from this room is the second double bedroom,
which has an en suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
All bedrooms being tastefully decorated throughout and both bathroom
and shower rooms being tiled.
POOL AND TERRACE
The pool and terrace area offers views of the sea and Cape Rock.
With such a large terrace there is both sun and shade areas and
numerous seating and sun lounges.
The terrace has an additional benefit of a built in bbq and sink
area. There is also an additional toilet on the terrace.
GAMES ROOM
The garage has been converted into a games room - this includes
a table tennis table, table football game and darts.
VILLA ENTRANCE
Entrance to the villa is through locked double gates with plenty
of parking inside the gates for up to 4 cars.

Casa Carmen is located close to the town of Calpe but well away
from the crowds being only 5 minutes by car and 30 minutes walking.
The beaches can also be reached by car, 5 minutes or 30 minutes
walking. There is a local restaurant -bar only 3 minutes walk away
and local shops nearby (3 minutes by car).
Calpe itself boats of many excellent shops, beaches, restaurants
and bars. The most favour landmark being Calpe Rock, which is now
a nature reserve and overlooks the working fishing port and yacht
harbour. It also offers a spectacular walk-climb to the top of the
rock.
NEARBY ATTRACTIONS
Holiday towns - the coastal strip of Cumbre del Sol, Moraira and
La Fustera have all of the usual holiday attractions with excellent
beaches (some sand some stone). Scuba, snorkelling, skiing, jet
ski's, boat trips, go carting, quad bikes as well as good bars and
restaurants. There are many surrounding towns within an hours drive
all worth a visit. Jalon Valley, Gata and Guadalest, which is a
small town up in the mountains boasting of beautiful scenery. There
are also daily markets providing a plentiful array of articles from
clothing to fresh vegetables.
With Benidorm only a 30-minute drive away there is Terra Mittica
a theme park, Aqualandia a water theme park and also Mundomar a
marine park, as well as more beaches and shops. Benidrom also boasts
of an extensive nightlife. Benidorm Palace is one of the best cabaret-dining
venues in Europe, which is well worth a visit.
