of stunning views) is a newly built three bedroomed villa on the
Almazara development in Jalon; just 2 minutes drive to the centre,
where bars, restaurants and shops and also the famous Bodegas (wine
cellars) can be found. Jalon is famous for the wine it produces
and is also known as “The Valley of Wine”. The beaches
of Calpe are approximately 15-20 minutes drive away. |

| The
lounge offers comfort and style with TV offering some English channels.
There is also a dining area off the American kitchen. The kitchen
is well equipped having a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave,
oven/hob and fridge freezer. The outside Naya overlooking the pool
and the stunning views of the valley will leave you breathless.
Relax with a glass of wine in the “hot tub Jacuzzi” in
the still of the night, stargazing will take you to another world!
The master bedroom is tasteful with an en-suite bathroom and patio
doors out on the Naya and pool, again with breath taking views. Upstairs has a double and a twin bedroom, both with patio doors leading onto a terrace. Also there is a large house bathroom and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave and dining area. This property comes highly recommended and is truly magical. (The Jacuzzi is available for a small extra charge). Sleeps 6 Bedrooms 3, 2 Double Bed 1 Single Beds Private Pool A complimentary "Welcome pack" is provided, comprising of... water, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, beer, soap, toilet roll. (For which there is no charge.) If additional items are required, please let us know. The produce of the local wineries is well worth sampling - the tiny winery in Parcent supplies the Spanish Royal family. After a quiet glass of wine and a few almonds from the estate while watching the sun set dramatically behind Parcent, there are memorable restaurants of all types to try in the area. The historic cities of Valencia and Alicante are just 75 minutes away. A car is essential. Golf Information La Asmoladora is ideally placed for golf - fifteen course´s within about an hour. These include three championship course, the beautiful Olazabal inspired La Sella course 25 minutes away, the Ballesteros designed Oliva Nova course 40 minutes away and the links course, El Saler, one of the top fifty courses in the world, an hour away. The casa is perfect for two couples or a family wanting a relaxing holiday while staying in an area of idyllic, spectacular rural beauty. |
