are two twin bedrooms, house bathroom, lounge/dining area and kitchen
with all the modern appliances. There is a third bedroom with shower
room at pool level, which has the benefit of a mobile air conditioning
unit if required (charged at 50 euros per week). An enclosed Naya
opens onto the upper terrace which is ideal for outside dining and
overlooks the private 8m x 4m pool. Dutch Satellite TV with some
English programmes. Private parking is provided within the Villa
grounds. Villa Kirsten is close to all the amenities of Javea’s
shops, restaurants and beaches and comes well recommended and is
an ideal base for what Javea has to offer. A car is recommended. Moraira is located on the northern Costa Blanca coast, about 50 miles north of Alicante and 70 miles south of Valencia, which are the two nearest airports. It is about 10 miles off the A7 motorway, which follows the Mediterranean coast of Spain from the French border via Barcelona, Valencia and Alicante to the south. Moraira is ideally situated between a coast with both sandy beaches and rocky coves, and the mountains of the Marina Alta. |
