There are 3 bedrooms in total, one double and two twin, all with good sized fitted wardrobes, two bathrooms, living/dining area with sofa bed, and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, the washing machine is located in the utility area.

The complex, an elegant development, built to high standards, has a communal swimming pool, garden with lawns, palm trees and a large shaded area. Also there is a communal sauna, gym, table tennis and parking.

As is typical of many Spanish towns, Javea is made up of three main areas; the Old Town, housing a beautiful old Gothic church and narrow picturesque streets. Enjoy eating outside on the streets in the tapas bars at the bottom of the church square steps.

The Arenal beach is the main beach in Javea. It is a sandy with an excellent selection of bars, restaurants and shops. During the summer months there is plenty of life here, with stalls selling jewellery and other artefacts are open at night time.
