| Availability The main level of the villa is entered by steps from the garden to a large, south-west facing sun terrace, from which doors lead into the attractive beamed living room. A well-equipped and functional kitchen, two bedrooms and a family bathroom complete the accommodation on this level. The self-contained apartment on the lower pool level, with its own separate access, has one bedroom, shower room, kitchen, and living room - ideal for those needing a little peace now and then, or a degree of independence! Between the apartment kitchen and pool is a convenient paved area for poolside dining. Three restaurants are within walking distance, and shops, bars and other restaurants are within a few minutes radius by car. The attractive port and historic old town of Jávea (3.5 km), are also well worth a visit, and four excellent golf courses are just a short drive away. Bedrooms: 2 in main house, 1 in lower level, all with twin beds. 1 has air con, 2 have fans. Main level, Master bedroom with king-size bed & air con, bedroom 2 has twin beds and a fan. Apartment has 3’ wide twin beds - either together or separate – and a ceiling fan. Extra bed available in living room (supplementary charge applies) Bathrooms: Main level: bath with shower, basin, wc & bidet.
