Diane is a second (top) floor holiday apartment in Edificio Palau
III in Javea, one of several prestigious buildings that have been
constructed in recent years along a wide and imposing avenue which
forms the new link between Javea town and port and the Arenal
beach area. Conveniently located just at the edge of the Port
area, with its bars, restaurants and shops, the sea, the attractive
promenade, the fishing port, harbour and yacht club, the apartment
itself is actually the owners' home for much of the year and,
as such, is comfortably and tastefully furnished, and very well
equipped. Especially appealing is the large terrace with a westerly
aspect overlooking the boulevard, from which there are excellent
open views to the hills surrounding the bay of Javea to the left,
and the majestic Mount Montgo to the right.
The historic old town of Jávea is less than 2km away, and
the popular Arenal beach, with its many attractions to suit all
tastes and age groups, is five minutes by car, or about a 20 minute
walk. Two good golf courses are within a 15 minute radius, and
there is a comprehensive sports centre close by.
