You will share a landscaped garden and pool with 14 other properties in a small complex called Altamar II Javea. These properties are located on a quiet street so you can enjoy your holiday in privacy and security. You will want to explore the La Fontana Marina, a natural rocky beach that is within walking distance of your apartment. Also within walking distance is the famous Arenal beach, with beautiful sandy beaches that kids and adults alike will love.

In your spacious self-catering apartment, you will find that the south-west terrace looks onto the road, and leads into the living room with separate lounging and dining areas, all beautifully furnished. The kitchenette is at the rear of the apartment, with a door leading to the patio and the garden, which is adjacent to the pool. Through the cloakroom, you can take the stairs to the first floor to find two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the second floor is a larger gallery bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

You will love this holiday apartment, with the spacious outside living areas, full air conditioning, and convenient location. You will be within walking distance of the beaches, and there are many amenities on and around the Arenal.

The town of Javea, Spain, is about 3 km away, and you will want to tour this historic town for some great picture-taking opportunities. There are several supermarkets located closer to your apartment for your convenience. Within a 25 mile radius, there are many beautiful golf courses to choose from for a fun afternoon.

House cleaned between bookings. Fresh bed linen supplied weekly. Hand/bath towels provided but please bring your swimming towels. We can arrange to pick you up at the airport if you wish.
