Calpe is a fine example of a holiday town. Before holidays abroad became popular, Calpe was a fishing village. The harbor is still active and you can watch the fishermen unload their catch and enjoy lunch or dinner at one of the harbor restaurants.
With three communal pools to enjoy (one a toddlers pool). It has two large sun terraces, one on each side of the apartment just to soak up the sun, eat outside or just sit and admire the fantastic views of the sea, Calpe rock, beach and mountains. With everything so near a car is not essential when staying at this apartment - even supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance.
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite - the bedroom has sea views. Air conditioning is fitted in both bedrooms - this is included in the price.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds and fitted wardrobes, once again with sea views.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with toilet, wash basin and shower, fully tiled. A further bathroom consisting of shower, wash basin and toilet.
Living room: A large lounge/dining room with TV and DVD with plentiful supply of DVDs and also a selection of books to read. This has large windows and door and leads out onto one of the large balconies with their fantastic views.
Kitchen: All amenities required are here - such as cooker, oven, fridge/freezer microwave.
Services/Linen: House cleaned between lets. Fresh bed linen supplied weekly. Hand/bath towels provided but please bring your swimming towels.
