The Villa is a most attractive and very spacious holiday villa in Javea with all those special ingredients that make up the ideal holiday-home. Summer living outdoor is especially well catered for with the furnished terraces and large sunny pool area for sunbathing and relaxation. The walled grounds are part lawn and part gravel, planted with palms, flowering shrubs and small trees. Overall a very pleasant villa to spend your holiday.

Situated in the exclusive La Guardia Park, very close by are a bank, a baker, and a café/bar, and also within walking distance, or about 2 minutes by car, are a tennis/boules club with mini golf, a couple of restaurants and a small supermarket. A little further away is a larger supermarket, as well as various bars and restaurants, and several points with fine views of the rocky headlands and bays. Casa Helena is about a 10 minute drive from the lively, family-friendly Arenal area of Javea, with its sandy beach, shops, bars, restaurants, night clubs and supermarkets. Jávea port and old town are located about 15 minutes drive away. Nearby coves, Granadella and La Barraca, offer snorkelling, sea bathing and beach bars. For families wishing to holiday in the same vicinity, this villa is one of two that we offer in La Guardia Park - just across the road from each other.

Living room: Sitting/dining room with 2 sofas, cable tv with good range of English channels, DVD & mini hi-fi unit, two air conditioning units, dining table with 6 chairs, door to terrace and garden.
Kitchen: Modern, fully fitted with fridge/freezer, electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher. Door to large utility room with washing machine.
Outside & General: Pool 10m x 5m, Roman steps & ladder. 6 sun loungers, double entrance gates, gas barbecue, parking, alarm, outside dining tables and chairs. Under floor central heating.
Services/Linen: Villa cleaned between lets. Weekly linen change and refresher clean. Hand/bath towels provided (not swimming towels).
