Villa Silvana provides those extra features and homely touches that make it a very special holiday home. Set in a peaceful countryside location in the exclusive La Colina area of Javea, this elegant, modern villa, with its spacious and immaculate interior furnished in contemporary style, offers superb accommodation for inside and outside living, a lovely pool area, and attractive grounds with an abundance of tropical trees and shrubs. The villa has sun all day, is not overlooked, and has beautiful open views across the pine-studded hillsides to the mountains in the distance.
Accommodation is on two levels connected by interior stairs. At pool level are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, lounge & glazed, ‘naya’ style sunroom leading out to a patio and pool area with poolside bar. The lower level consists of bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, with access from the living room and kitchen to the outside dining area, the gardens, and steps up to the pool area. The two living rooms and two of the bedrooms have both air conditioning and ceiling fans, the third bedroom has a ceiling fan, and the glazed, ‘naya’ style sun room is also air conditioned.
Local amenities and a rich choice of bars and restaurants can be found within just a few minutes drive. About 3 km away is the Arenal beach, offering sand and sea, an extraordinarily bustling and lively atmosphere, nightlife for the young and the not so young, and a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The attractive port and historic old town of Javea, within a 15 minute drive, are also well worth a visit, and two excellent golf courses are just a short drive away.

Living room: Upper lounge - 3 sofas, lower lounge - 2 sofas. Both have ceiling fans and A/C, TV, video, DVD and
CD player. Upper sun room has TV, A/C, sofa and 2 chairs, and dining table with 6 chairs. All TVs have Sky satellite systems offering a good selection of English channels. (Spanish channels are available on two TVs.)
Kitchen: Two kitchens, both of which are fully-equipped, spacious and modern, each with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, hob, and a table & chairs. The washing machine is in the lower level kitchen.
Outside & General: Sun terrace. 9m x 4m pool with Roman steps. Gas barbecue. Dining tables and chairs on both levels. Poolside bar with fridge/freezer. Sun loungers, parasols. Vehicle and pedestrian entrance gates from quiet road. Secure parking. Air conditioning as detailed above.
Services/Linen: Villa cleaned between lets. Weekly linen change and refresher clean. Hand/bath towels provided, but not swimming towels.
