Situated in the Castellans area, close to the historic old town of Jávea, Villa Estepona has every ingredient for a wonderful holiday – plenty of space inside and out, good facilities, privacy, high standards, and comfort. The large lounge is the heart of the villa, leading, on one side, to a garden room, on the other side to the bedrooms and bathrooms, via a gallery overlooking the lounge and, at the end, to the dining room. Next to this room, the large, state-of-the art kitchen has doors to the garden, barbecue area, and swimming pool.
The garden room, with its sea views, arched windows the entire length and at both ends, each with double opening doors, make it the ideal place for dining and relaxing in the heat of the summer, or the cooler winter months. Two very modern and stylish bathrooms, and one shower room, complete the excellent facilities. Outside, the poolside brick-built barbecue, close to the kitchen, is the focal point for outdoor summer living. 15/20 minutes walk downhill, or just a few minutes’ drive, takes one to town, while the bustling Port area is just 10 minutes’ by car, and the drive to the Arenal beach will take about 15 minutes. Two golf courses are very close by, and others are within a 20-minute radius.
