One of our holiday villa rentals, La Vista - so named because of its fabulous views of Jávea, Mount Montgó and the inland hills, is the perfect villa for a family or families seeking spacious, self catering villa rental.

 

Set in the exclusive Javea/Tosalet area, this high-quality and beautifully maintained villa has many personal and homely features that give it that extra special appeal. The upper level consists of the kitchen/utility area, lounge with dining area leading to the terrace, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has doors to the terrace. On the ground floor is a fourth bedroom with en suite, and a games room. Also on this level is an additional room with two single beds.

 

The pool area can be accessed by steps from the kitchen, the terrace, and from the games room. Around the pool there is plenty of space for lying in the sun or shade, and for barbecuing and dining. There are two supermarkets fairly close by. The Arenal beach is about 2.5 km (5 minutes by car), and offers sand and sea, a bustling and lively atmosphere, and a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The attractive port and historic old town of Jávea (about 3 km away) are also well worth a visit, and several excellent golf courses are within a short drive.
