This modern, first floor holiday apartment faces south, overlooking La Isla's idyllic and secluded gardens and interesting swimming pool. It is in an excellent location just a few minutes' stroll - about 400 metres from Jávea's main sandy beach, an area offering safe bathing, and beach and water sports, around which lies a wide promenade with bars, restaurants and shops - equally lively during the daytime and at night.
The holiday apartment itself is tastefully decorated, and well furnished and equipped throughout, with a large, comfortable lounge & dining room, a balcony for dining and relaxing, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fresh looking white, kitchen. In the gardens there many mature trees, flowering shrubs, and lawns, making it the perfect place for long hours of relaxation in the sun or shade. The lagoon-style pool, with its bridges and island, shallow play area for children, has a delightfully romantic or adventurous appeal. The attractive port and historic old town of Jávea Spain are less than 2 km away and there are some excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius.

Javea Probably the most select area of the Costa Blanca, is an interesting little town dominated by the impressive Mount Montgo. Javea has a relaxing atmosphere and consists of four distinct areas: the pretty old town, the fishing harbour (with many excellent restaurants), the main beach and then the wooded hills behind, where there are extensive residential developments of villas.
