This modern new holiday villa has been tastefully decorated throughout. A detached villa in its own grounds with private pool, fully modern kitchen, separate dining room and lounge. A car is not required if staying at this villa as it is in an ideal position with supermarkets, beaches, shops and bars/restaurants all within walking distance. The villa itself has 3 bedrooms with the main bedroom being en-suite, there is also a further separate bathroom/toilet. It is in a quiet location of Calpe making this an ideal holiday setting but not far from all the necessities needed for a great holiday.
There is a portable air con unit availabe for warm or cold air - this is an additional supplement of £20 per week if required.

Accessibility
Ideal for semi disabled, with only 4 steps leading to the villa entrance the pool and villa itself is all on one level (apart from the further terrace garden below).
Outside
Leading from the lounge through sliding doors out onto the Naya area, this is an ideal area for eating outside or just lazing in the sun or shade. This then leads onto the pool terrace area. There is a further terrace garden area below which is also an ideal sun trap.
The pool is fitted with safety bars around the area of the pool. Size of the pool is 8x4m.
Coast/Beach
The villa is in an ideal position for just walking to the beach which takes approx 15 to 20 minutes. With no hills to climb up, once onto the main road which has footpaths, this then leads down to the beaches etc.
Travel
A car is NOT essential for a holiday at this villa.
For airport transfer please enquire or if you wish to drive Alicante airport is approx 1 hours drive, Valencia is approx 1 and a half hour's drive.
Distances
With supermarkets, shops, bars and beaches just a short walk away. A local bus service also runs nearby which goes into the centre of Calpe.
Further details
Calpe itself boasts of many excellent shops, beaches, restaurants and bars. The most famous land mark being Calpe Rock which is now a nature reserve and overlooks the working fishing port and yacht harbour. The rock itself offers a spectacular walk/climb to the top.
