A spacious first floor holiday apartment in an exclusive complex on the edge of the Port area of Javea, offering a relaxing environment, yet with bars, restaurants and shops, as well as the sea and beach, an attractive promenade, fishing port and harbour within a 10 minute walk.

The apartment’s thoughtfully-planned layout provides an atmosphere of space and comfort, with the tastefully furnished lounge/dining room leading to a large southwest-facing veranda overlooking the swimming pool and gardens.

The historic old town of Javea is less than 2 km away, and the popular sandy Arenal beach, with its many attractions to suit all tastes and age groups, is five minutes by car, or about a 20 minute walk. Two good golf courses are within a fifteen-minute radius, and there is a comprehensive sports centre close by. In the immediate vicinity are several bars and restaurants catering for a variety of tastes.

Javea Probably the most select area of the Costa Blanca, is an interesting little town dominated by the impressive Mount Montgo. Javea has a relaxing atmosphere and consists of four distinct areas: the pretty old town, the fishing harbour (with many excellent restaurants), the main beach and then the wooded hills behind, where there are extensive residential developments of villas.

Bedrooms: Double bedroom with separate wardrobe area, ceiling fan, doors to veranda. One twin-bedded and one single bedroom with table fans. (Supplementary charge for extra bed and linen)

Bathrooms: Two. 1 en suite with bath, shower, bidet, wash basin and WC and 1 Shower room with wash basin & WC.

Living room: 2 leather sofas, dining table and chairs, ceiling fan, TV with English channels, double sliding doors to the large veranda which has sun chairs and table and chairs.

Kitchen: Fridge freezer, plenty of cupboard space, hob and oven, dish washer, double sink, fully equipped with utility area containing washing machine and washing facilities.

Outside & General: Private and secure grounds with swimming pool, children's pool, lawns and shrubs. Underground parking. Lift. Entry phone.

Services/Linen: Property cleaned between lets. Fresh bed linen supplied weekly. Hand/bath towels provided (not beach or pool towels). Airport pick-up service available.
