Two good golf courses are within a fifteen-minute radius, and there is a comprehensive sports centre close by. In the immediate vicinity are several bars and restaurants catering for a variety of tastes.
Javea Probably the most select area of the Costa Blanca, is an interesting little town dominated by the impressive Mount Montgo. Javea has a relaxing atmosphere and consists of four distinct areas: the pretty old town, the fishing harbour (with many excellent restaurants), the main beach and then the wooded hills behind, where there are extensive residential developments of villas.
