It is in an excellent location just a few minutes' stroll - about 400 metres from Jávea's main sandy beach, an area offering safe bathing, and beach and water sports, around which lies a wide promenade with bars, restaurants and shops - equally lively during the daytime and at night.
The holiday apartment itself is tastefully decorated, and well furnished and equipped throughout, with a large, comfortable lounge & dining room, a balcony for dining and relaxing, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fresh looking white, kitchen.
In the gardens there many mature trees, flowering shrubs, and lawns, making it the perfect place for long hours of relaxation in the sun or shade. The lagoon-style pool, with its bridges and island, shallow play area for children, has a delightfully romantic or adventurous appeal. The attractive port and historic old town of Jávea Spain are less than 2 km away and there are some excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius.

Living room: Two sofas, small dining table/4 chairs. TV with good choice of English channels, including BBC, ITV, Ch 4 & 5, sports, films etc. Double doors to terrace furnished with circular hardwood table and four comfortable dining chairs.

Outside & General: Four recliners for use in the gardens. Sun umbrella. Secure gardens, swimming pool,
carport. Stairs and lift to first floor.
