Larissa is a two bedroom, first-floor Spain holiday apartment is very well placed in Jávea, just 500 metres south of the Arenal sandy beach, an area offering safe bathing, beach and water sports, around which lies a wide promenade with bars, restaurants and shops - equally lively during the day and nightime.
There is a rocky sea frontage only fifty metres from the apartment with steps set into the rock to give easy access for snorkelling and scuba diving. The rocks are also an ideal place to try your luck at fishing. The apartment itself has a substantial south-facing terrace overlooking the swimming pool and gardens - ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing. The lounge/dining room is light and spacious, and attractively furnished with a cane three piece suite and dining table and chairs.
From the living room doors lead to the two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. The full-size tennis court is for the exclusive use of residents - bring your own racquets or use those provided in the apartment. There are also fishing rods, board games, books and some basic snorkelling equipment, as well as beach/garden chairs and a recliner. The attractive port and historic old town of Jávea are about 2 km away, and there are two golf courses within a 20-minute radius.
