Montgomery Sol is situated on the seafront between Jávea Port and the Arenal. To the right, within about 600 metres, is Jávea's lovely, family sandy beach and many resort amenities, while literally just across the road the natural rocky sea frontage is a less crowded place to sunbathe and swim, and is great for pottering about in the rock pools, snorkelling, scuba diving and fishing. Gates lead from the seafront into the attractive hedged and private communal area consisting of swimming pool, lawns, flowering shrubs and palm trees.

On the second floor, the apartment itself is comfortable, sunny and well laid-out. Especially appealing is the large, light, airy lounge/dining room, and the spacious, south-facing balcony, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing, with its open views. The third floor, walled solarium, or roof terrace, is reached by stairs or lift, and is totally private and un-overlooked, with wonderful panoramic views.

There are supermarkets within walking distance of Montgomery Sol, and a 15 minute walk will take one to the harbour, shops, bars and restaurants of Jávea port. About 3 km away is the historic town of Jávea, and there are several golf courses within a 25 minute radius.

The Costa Blanca or 'White coast' is a stretch of the Spanish coast that extends along the Mediterranean and corresponds to the province of Alicante. It is made up of two clearly defined scenic sectors. To the north a curtain of mountains runs parallel to the sea, descending at times to form cliffs. To the south, a vast plain of sand patches, palm trees and salt deposits make up a backdrop for the beaches.
 
Local cuisine : The costa blanca offers an enormous variety of exotic dishes. Most importantly, it is the home of the world famous paella, available in most of the local Spanish restaurants and a treat not to be missed! In addition, throughout the region you will find a number of Swiss, India, Chinese, Italian and English restaurants, servicing excellent food.
