 Spacious, top quality 3-bedroom self catering holiday apartment close to the seafront and port. Quiet and exclusive landscaped gardens and pool. Central heating.

A beautiful and very spacious first floor holiday apartment in a low-rise, quality development just 150 metres from the seafront - 15 minutes by foot to the Port of Jávea, and a pleasant 20 minute walk to the Arenal sandy beach. The gardens are delightful, with beautifully manicured lawns, tropical trees and shrubs, and a large swimming pool.
 
The apartment itself has been furnished and equipped to a high standard. The lounge/dining room, with three windows along one side, and double doors at the end looking onto the pool and gardens, is a superb room providing a light and comfortable atmosphere, while the beautiful, white marble floors throughout give the apartment a cooling effect in the summer and warmth and comfort in the winter. 
 
There are two beach bars on the shingle beach nearby, and this is laid out in the summer with tropical sunshades and sun loungers. The Arenal sandy beach is under a kilometer along the seafront, the distance to the Port is little more than 500 metres, and the historic old town of Jávea is about 2 km. There is a good supermarket literally a few minutes away, and several golf courses within a 25-minute radius.
 
Bedrooms: Master bedroom: double bed with en suite bathroom. 2 twin bedded rooms with windows looking onto the pool and gardens. Each bedroom has a large ceiling fan.
 
Bathrooms: En suite bathroom: bath with shower, wc, bidet & basin. Family bathroom: bath with shower, wc, bidet & twin basins. 
 
Living room: Very large, with 2 ceiling fans. 2 sofas. Dining table/chairs. Large-screen TV with good choice of English channels including BBC, ITV, Ch 4 & 5, sports, films. VCR/DVD combi + selection of videos & DVDs. Double doors to L-shaped terrace overlooking pool and gardens, with 2 tables & chairs.
 
Kitchen: Sink, gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave.
 
Outside/General: Private gardens & pool. Lift. Gas fired central heating. Recliners & sun umbrella for the garden. Secure underground parking. 
 
Services/Linen: Property cleaned between lets. Fresh bed linen supplied weekly. Hand/bath towels provided (not swimming towels). 
Airport pick-up service available.
 
The charming holiday town of Javea (or Xabia in Valenciano) lies between the Capes of San Antonio and La Nao, on the northern section of the Costa Blanca. 
Bathed by the Mediterranean Sea, and sheltered from the continental winds by Mount Montgo, it is no wonder that the World Health Organization once selected Javea as having a near-perfect climate for longevity!
 
With it's mild year-round temperatures, varying landscapes - from sandy coastlines to rugged mountain areas - and extensive tourist facilities, Javea has still managed to preserve all the charm of an ancient fishing village, and is truly the jewel in the crown of Spain's coastal communities.
