Situated in one of the quietest and most sought-after areas of Jávea, this second floor apartment rental in 'Villas Bolonia' is only 150 yards from the sea and the natural beach of Montañar 1, and just 5 to 10 minutes by foot to the port of Jávea with its harbour and marina, and a full range of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

 

There are many beach bars on the nearby shingle beach which is laid out, in the summer, with tropical sun shades and sun loungers. The Arenal sandy family beach is about 1 kilometre along the seafront, under 5 minutes by car or a pleasant 20-minute stroll.

Both the kitchen, and living room, with its stylish leather seating and attractive dining area, lead out to a large southwest-facing veranda looking directly onto the swimming pool and gardens. The third, smaller bedroom is also at the rear overlooking the pool, while the main and second bedrooms at the front have lovely sea views to the magnificent headland of Cabo San Antonio. The apartment is reached through security gates into the main grounds and a secure entrance lobby, with stairs to the second floor.

The Costa Blanca or 'White coast' is a stretch of the Spanish coast that extends along the Mediterranean and corresponds to the province of Alicante.
