The Villa is set amongst natural gardens with established palm trees and an abundance of orange and lemon groves.
The holiday Villa is entered by gates into a short driveway. Large covered terrace greets you over the front door. Entry door opens into a nicely decorated open-plan lounge/dining including the comfortable pretty blue sofas. To the left of the dining area, an archway takes you through to an inner hall. To the left is the master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, and a large twin bedroom with freestanding robes which comprises a two seater sofa.
Directly through from the lounge leads to a small hall, on the left a complete bathroom with shower over the bath in decorative white tiles with blue motif at the end of the hall is a newly reformed fully fitted kitchen with its stylish pine cupboards.
The super pool area which is located at the front of the villa is surrounded by lawns and hedge on three sides with an enormous palm tree at one side of the pool giving welcomed shade from the heat of the day. Directly adjacent to the pool is the large covered terrace with its patio table and chairs and also houses the purposely built in BBQ, making this a perfect place for outdoor al fresco eating. Both the terrace, pool and garden area have nice views of the mountains beyond. Adjacent to the terrace is an exterior shower room. The villas utility room is located at the back of the villa.
