Holiday Villa Figueral is one of the most beautiful villas in the Pollenca area. A Villa on its own spacious grounds, nestled in delightful countryside location which has easy access to the sea and bay of Pollensa, Port Pollensa with its lovely beaches and the Old Town Pollensa.
A step up leads to the front door which opens into an inner hallway. To the right is a shower room. To the left the fabulous well designed fully fitted modern kitchen/family room with an open- plan partition dividing the eating area with its large table and eight chairs. The kitchen has stylish cupboards and decoration throughout and door out to the terrace. A door leads off the kitchen into a separate utility room which has a door leading directly out to the exterior. From the hallway a stone archway leads into a light and spacious elegant lounge/ dining room with its tan leather sofas, an arched door leads to the exterior on one side and french doors open out to a splendid large covered terrace with stylish patio tables and chairs, with direct access to the superb large pool with its Jacuzzi with seating makes a great children’s play or adult chill out area, located at the back of the Villa. The pool is surrounded by the most wonderful expansive lawns with lovely views beyond. To complete the magnificent pool area, adjacent, is the fabulous covered-uncovered BBQ entertaining area with its seating for up to 20 people! which also houses a traditional style Mallorca stone wall oven – a perfect place for alfresco dining.
A staircase leads up to a landing and bedrooms. To the left is a complete bathroom with shower over the bath nicely decorated in pale blue. Opposite is the large master double bedroom with its ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes, separate dressing area and private en suite complete bathroom decorated in tasteful pastel colours, with a step up to the semi-circular corner bath with shower over the bath with stunning panoramic views of the mountains and just a “glimpse” of the sea. A door leads out of the dressing room zone onto a large uncovered balcony again with stunning views. To the right of the landing takes you to a large twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan, to the end of the landing is a further twin bedroom with its bright colour scheme and fitted wardrobes with door leading out to the uncovered terrace. There is also a door that leads directly off the landing onto the large uncovered balcony.
