Vacation Villa Cisterna - great villa & stunning pool. There are many fabulous villas both here in Majorca and elsewhere in the world, yet occasionally we see one which takes our breath away. We hope that you will agree – Villa Cisterna is one such property, especially so for its magnificent pool, which is located in the heart of the countryside, yet affording easy access down to the bay/sea of Port Pollensa not far away.
Front doors open into a generous entrance hall. To the left leads to a complete bathroom with shower over the bath, with decorative wood features and spot lights. Large stone archway leads through from the entrance to the dining room which has glass doors out to a large covered terrace with direct access to pool and gardens.
To the left of the dining room antique wooden door leads into the superb spacious fully fitted family style kitchen, one area for preparation and cooking with glass door out to the exterior covered terrace, a further separate area of the kitchen is accessed by open doorway, which houses a large breakfast table and chairs or 2nd dining room, again, this area has glass door out to the exterior terrace. There is a utility room off this eating room.
Leading off the dining area is a delightful lounge area with its stylish black leather sofas. To the right of the lounge room a door leads directly into the super indoor pool, sauna, spa room with its gym equipment, also incorporates a shower with massage jet facilities. A glass door leads out of this room to the exterior and gardens.
Off the dining zone leads through to the wonderful master bedroom suite, which comprises its own snug lounge area with stylish leather sofas, double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en suite shower room with walk in shower recess. Glass doors out out to terrace, gardens, pool and tennis court from this bedroom. Note. This snug lounge can also be used as a second quiet reading lounge, depending on your parties needs.
Staircase leads up from the entrance hall to a landing. On the left is a complete bathroom with shower over the bath in stylish white décor. To the right down the corridor a delightful twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, decorated in pink tones. To the left a fabulous double bedroom, fitted wardrobes and open plan en suite shower room with step in shower recess decorated in royal blue tones. At the end of the corridor is a further twin bedroom with its separate dressing room area with fitted wardrobes and glass door opening out to an uncovered balcony with wonderful views of the countryside beyond, and open plan en suite shower room with step in shower recess in stylish tones of grey.
From the large covered naya wrap around terrace with its stylish patio furniture, both stone steps and ramp lead down to the most magnificent designed pool of 60 sq/m and gardens with mature palms which is located at the back of the house , pool is surrounded by lawns on two sides and terrace the other where the free standing stone BBQ is ideally located to enjoy al fresco entertaining in this idyllic spot. Behind the pool area are more extensive lawns which lead directly to the villas fantastic feature of its own private tennis court.
