Villa Salt a fantastic holiday Villa located in the peaceful residential area of La Font on the outskirts of old town Pollensa. A spaciously designed two storey villa with special attention to outdoor living.
The Villa is set amongst mature well kept gardens with extensive lawns. Large wrap around covered terrace greets you which faces extensive lawns.
The front door opens into a small entry with french doors opening into a huge open/ plan lounge/dining room which incorporates one area with comfortable leather sofas and another area to watch TV. Directly off the lounge there is also a snug reading room nicely decorated with stylish modern leather sofa and chairs with views out to the gardens. From the dining area with its stylish table and chairs, a door leads into a galley style fully fitted kitchen which comprises a further breakfast table and eight chairs, a second door leads out of the kitchen into the lounge.
French doors from the lounge open out onto the exterior and outdoor entertaining room, on this level is a double bedroom with wardrobes and a separate large shower room with walk in shower recess, decorated in complimenting beige and stone tiles. A door leads out of the room into a utility room which houses a washing machine, shower room with separate step-in shower recess and door leading directly out to the gardens, pool, and BBQ.
The beautiful designed pool with its Jacuzzi is located at the back of the Villa and adjacent to the free standing BBQ nearby, is surrounded by lawns on two sides and terrace on the other. A fish pond full of Koi Carp is situated nearby in the gardens to the side of the Villa, completing this beautiful relaxing area.
Villa Salt affords a super private casita which is only approx 40 steps away from the main Villa-Pool, accessed by walking under a vine covered creeper which takes you directly to the Casita. There are two small covered terraces. The front door takes you into a small entry zone with sofa and coffee table. On your right a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room with walk in shower recess. On your left door enters into a further twin bedroom with en-suite complete bathroom. This Casita is ideal for extra family, nanny or teenagers.
The villa with its stylish mix of contemporary, modern, traditional décor, its many unique features throughout, combined with natural gardens, fish pond, vines, fruit trees, extensive lawns offers an idyllic escape, especially so being a villa situated in a residential zone, with the added benefit affording easy access to the beautiful cove beaches of Cala St. Vincent not far away.
