When you first register, you will be sent an email asking you to click a link to confirm your email address is correct.

After confirming your mail address, you can add property description, photos, documents, videos, daily rental prices and you can manage your personal property availability calendar. 

You will have full control over your bookings. All emails sent from clients will come directly to your inbox where you can deal with the holiday requests and arrange payments etc.

ON-LINE CALENDAR:

When entering a booked period, please mark the firs and last day of the booking as "Changeover Day" and the day inbetween "Booked" This will show clients the arrival and departure day is available.

(Note: Marking dates this way requires two steps, mark the changeover days first and update the calendar, then mark the booked dates and update the calendar)

CONTENT:

All pictures, images, video, property description and any other information submitted by holiday property owners will be vetted before going live on the http://spain-holiday-sun.com website.

Please make sure all material is suitable for public display. Any offending items will be refused. 

Once you have added your property details and photos you will receive several emails from us confirming they have been aproved, this will amount to 20 or so. The reason we do this is to highlight any content that does not comply to our rules or is deemed unsuitable. This will enable you to simply change the image/text.

Once your property webpage is live, we will contact you for any payments that are due.
