Q: "When is the booking confirmed?"
A: The booking is confirmed when the deposit is received. The villa or apartment is held for a short period until the payment arrives. Please send this as soon as possible.
Q: "What happens after I pay the deposit?"
A: You will be notified, by e-mail, when the deposit is received. 8 weeks before your arrival date the balance is due. At this time you will receive full instructions how to reach the villa/apartment, or pickup point. Also contact telephone numbers.
Q: "Can I reserve a villa or apartment by e-mail or phone?"
A: Yes, we will reserve it for you and hold it pending the arrival of the deposit/full payment but the booking is not confirmed until the deposit arrives. Please contact the owner from the relevant property page.
Q: "When do I pay the balance?"
A: The balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival date.
Q: "When do I receive directions to the villa / apartment?"
A: You receive full directions, including contact telephone numbers, on receipt of the balance.
Q: "How do I get more information about the villa / apartment?"

Q: "What time can we get into the villa or apartment on the day we arrival?"
A: The normal times are, Arrival 4 PM. Departure 10 AM. However, you may be able to get into the property before these times depending on the properties bookings.
Q: "Who do I pay the security deposit to?"
A: On arrival, the owner will collect the security deposit. This is returned on the day you leave. Any damage or breakage's will be deducted from the deposit.
Q: "If I have any problems finding the property or our flight is delayed, what do I do?"
A: You will be sent the contact telephone number from the owner of the property. All you have to do is let the owner know you will be late.
