The Balcon al Mar area itself has supermarkets, bars, restaurants and a bank within walking distance, and it is also within a few minutes drive of three picturesque rocky coves. Jávea’s Arenal beach is about 10 minutes by car, and offers sand and sea, an extraordinarily bustling and lively atmosphere, and a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The attractive port and historic old town of Jávea are about 5 km away, and three excellent golf courses are within a 20-minute radius.
