La Casa Marfil is located amongst the beautiful mountains and valleys of the Jalon region of the Costa Blanca. The villa is completely private and yet only two minutes drive the nearest villages and towns with all their amenities. It boasts spectacular, breathtaking views of one of the prettiest areas of the Costa Blanca. Being only twenty five minutes drive from the popular resorts of Denia, Javea, Moraira and Calpe, and only 35 minutes to Benidorm, it is very well located for a perfect family holiday.

The villa itself has recently undergone a full refurbishment and has six good sized bedrooms which will accommodate up to seventeen people. In addition to the brand new Italian kitchen with five ring gas hob, double electric oven, dishwasher, American fridge freezer and microwave, there is a seperate laundry closet with washing machine and tumble dryer, large lounge with television with full Sky package, dvd and video player, cd player and surround sound system. The villa also benefits from air conditioning in every bedroom as well as the lounge and full underfloor heating throughout for winter lets. There is also a large family dining room and all rooms are furnished to the highest standard.

Bedroom 1 is a family room with king size bed and bunk beds, dressing room and full en suite bathroom. This room also has a large balcony with views over the swimming pool and garden.
Bedroom 2 on the ground floor has a double bed, one single bed and en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 on the ground floor has one single bed and bunk beds and adjoins a shower room.
Bedroom 4 on the ground floor has bunk beds.
Bedroom 5 has a king size bed and en suite shower room and a large balcony with views over the swimming pool and garden.
Bedroom 6 has one single bed and bunk beds and en suite shower room.

Outside there has been no expense spared to make your holiday special. As well as the stunning 10x5 metre swimming pool which is deep enough for diving, there is a top of the range hot tub which will seat up to five people. The childrens play area is situated next to the pool table and table tennis table, away from the sunbathing areas, so that you can relax in perfect peace.

As well as the two private balconies off of bedroom 1 and 5, there is also a very large sunbathing terrace on the first floor. In addition to two covered nayas on the ground floor, there are ample paved areas around the pool for sunbathing and an astro turf area. An outdoor kitchen for those all important barbecues also contains a fridge, and the whole garden area is fully secure with lockable gates. The gated driveway leads up to parking for several cars and all the outside areas can be lit up at night.
