| The
holiday apartment benefits from almost all-day sunshine on the large
main level balcony and upper level roof terrace, both of which have
a south-westerly aspect and looks out over the pool and gardens. The
entrance lobby, living room and kitchen on the main level are of an
open plan design, and also on this level are two bedrooms, a bathroom
and, of course, the spacious balcony. A staircase leads to the upper
level master bedroom suite, furnished in Japanese style, and large
sun terrace. There are several supermarkets nearby. The historic old town of Jávea is about 2.5 km away, and there are golf courses within a 15 to 25 minute radius. The walk to Jávea's port and harbour area along the natural stretch of rocky seafront will take around 20 minutes or, by car, a few minutes. Javea Probably the most select area of the Costa Blanca, is an interesting little town dominated by the impressive Mount Montgo.
