The holiday apartment itself is tastefully decorated, and well furnished and equipped throughout, with a large, comfortable lounge & dining room, a balcony for dining and relaxing, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fresh looking white, kitchen. In the gardens there many mature trees, flowering shrubs, and lawns, making it the perfect place for long hours of relaxation in the sun or shade. The lagoon-style pool, with its bridges and island, shallow play area for children, has a delightfully romantic or adventurous appeal. The attractive port and historic old town of Jávea Spain are less than 2 km away and there are some excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius.

Bedrooms: Double bedroom, fan, double doors overlooking gardens. Twin-bedded room with ceiling fan. Extra bed available (supplementary linen charge).
Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms including bidets, one en suite with master bedroom.
Living room: Two sofas, small dining table/4 chairs. TV with good choice of English channels, including BBC, ITV, Ch 4 & 5, sports, films etc. Double doors to terrace furnished with circular hardwood table and four comfortable dining chairs.
Kitchen: Microwave, gas hob, electric oven, gas hob, double sink, fridge, washing machine
Outside & General: Four recliners for use in the gardens. Sun umbrella. Secure gardens, swimming pool, carport. Stairs and lift to first floor.
Services/Linen: Property cleaned between lets. Fresh bed linen supplied weekly. Hand/bath towels provided (not swimming towels). Airport pick-up service available.

Javea Probably the most select area of the Costa Blanca, is an interesting little town dominated by the impressive Mount Montgo. Javea has a relaxing atmosphere and consists of four distinct areas: the pretty old town, the fishing harbour (with many excellent restaurants), the main beach and then the wooded hills behind, where there are extensive residential developments of villas.
