The holiday villa and the swimming-pool are reached by stone steps from the parking area. You enter the accommodation through the covered terrace designed for outdoor living and is well furnished with outside dining furniture. To the left of the entrance hall there is a most comfortable and spacious lounge/dining room, with feature fireplace and patio doors leading to the terrace. A door leads from the living area to the kitchen with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, laundry area with washing machine and a small shower room with WC. The rear door leads out onto the small BBQ area and a path takes you round to the pool.

Leading off from the hall there are three twin bed-rooms and the lovely family bathroom, which services these bedrooms.
Outside the 7x11 metre pool takes pride of place among the sun terraces and a built-in barbeque unit complements this area. An ideal property for clients wishing a peaceful holiday in the tradition of a well established Spanish home, however because of its elevated position, families with very young children must be aware that they need constant supervision around the pool terrace.
