inviting pool has lawns on either side, and is just a few steps from
the patio. The lovely garden offers total privacy as it is enclosed
by mature hedges. There are modern, lightweight poolside recliners
and a dining table and chairs. The fully fitted kitchen and utility
room offer good facilities, and the bedrooms are both comfortable
and nicely furnished. Large, locking entrance gates provide both privacy
and security. An open, south-facing aspect is very much enjoyed by
guests staying in Villa Maria. There are three restaurants within walking distance, and shops, bars and other restaurants within a few minutes radius by car. Under 2 km away is the Arenal beach, offering sand and sea, an extraordinarily bustling and lively atmosphere, and attractions for all ages. The attractive port and historic old town of Jávea (3.5 km), are also well worth a visit, and four excellent golf courses are just a short drive away. Warm-air heating for the cooler months. Services/Linen: Villa cleaned between lets. Weekly linen change and refresher clean. Hand/bath towels provided, but please bring your swimming towels. The charming town of Javea (or Xabia in Valenciano) lies between the Capes of San Antonio and La Nao, on the northern section of the Costa Blanca Bathed by the Mediterranean Sea, and sheltered from the continental winds by Mount Montgo, it is no wonder that the World Health Organization once selected Javea as having a near-perfect climate for longevity!
