| Outside,
the large open and covered terraces are bordered by classic pillars,
and the property is set in walled and gated private grounds with lawned
areas, palms and flowering shrubs. Situated in the exclusive La Guardia
Park. Close by are a bank, and a café/bar, and also within
walking distance, or about 2 minutes by car, are a tennis/boules club
with mini golf, a couple of restaurants and a small supermarket. A
little further away is a larger supermarket, as well as various bars
and restaurants, and several points with views of the rocky headlands
and bays. Villa Nogal is about a 10 minute drive from the lively,
family-friendly Arenal area of Javea, with its sandy beach, shops,
bars, restaurants, night clubs and supermarkets. Jávea port
and old town are located about 15 minutes drive away. Two nearby coves,
offer snorkelling, sea bathing and beach bars. For families wishing
to holiday in the same vicinity, this villa is one of two that we
offer in La Guardia Park - just across the road from each other. Bedrooms: First floor master bedroom suite: double bed, doors to private roof terrace. Two twin rooms on ground floor. Kitchen: Modern, fully fitted with fridge/freezer, electric oven, hob (1 electric & 3 gas rings), microwave, dishwasher. Door to utility room with washing machine and sink. Outside & General: Pool 10m x 5m, Roman steps & ladder. 6 sun loungers, vehicle & pedestrian gates, brick barbecue, parking, alarm, safe, 2 dining tables and chairs. Under floor central heating. Services/Linen: Villa cleaned between lets. Weekly linen change and refresher clean. Hand/bath towels provided (not swimming towels).
